Join us for a fall frolic through Lake Sammamish State Park!
 
Your entry helps support the Kokanee Salmon recovery work of the Bellevue-Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited.The Kokanee are unique to Lake Sammamish and in danger of becoming extinct. Some of Trout Unlimited's work includes: protecting the Kokanee's access to spawning areas, educating fisherman to properly identify Kokanee, educating residents about environmentally-friendly lawn care, and more.

Super Early Registration ends Tuesday, January 14th at 11:59 p.m.
Early Registration ends Tuesday September 16th at 11:59 p.m.
Regular pre-registration prices end Thursday, October 16th at 11:59 p.m.

Day-of-event registration is available. We can accept payment by cash or check payable to MerGeo or Northwest Trail Runs.

Directions and Parking
 
Bib number pick-up and event-day registration, the start, and the finish will be at the northeast end of Sunset Beach.  Here is a map that you can use to get driving directions to the parking location.
 
Please note that a Discover Pass is required to park at this Washington State Park. More information on how and where to purchase a Discover Pass can be found here.
 
The Course 
 
The course is a 5k loop, starting out on paved park paths (67%) and then finishing on wide, grassy trails (33%).  5k participants will do this loop once, and 10k participants will do it twice.  There will be one well-stocked aid station at about 1.7 miles into the loop; water, electrolyte drink, and a variety of energy snacks will be available there.
